If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Pl , BC, Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://vitalitygala2023.rafflenexus.com/winners on October 28, 2023.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Bijoux Birks.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Bijoux Birks or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.
Bijoux Birks does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: events@vghfoundation.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
